Crispy pancakes with strawberry and Chantilly cream

To prepare the crispy pancakes
Preheat the crêpe maker to 200 °C.
Grease the hot plate amply with butter.
Place an already cooked pancake onto the crêpe maker and spread butter on the upper side.
Flip the pancake over once the underside has browned slightly and continue cooking on the other side.
Use a spatula to lift the pancake and draped it centred over the neck of a bottle. Let the pancake cool on the bottle neck and harden for 1 minute.
The result is a cone-shaped crispy pancake !
To prepare the filling
Beat very cold whipping cream together with the icing sugar and the inside of the vanilla pod, until you have a nice Chantilly cream. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Add a little strawberry jam inside the pancake.
Fill generously with Chantilly cream : you can choose to pipe it in if you wish.
Arrange the strawberry halves over the layer of Chantilly cream.
Enjoy immediately !
